About Embers & Spice
Embers & Spice is a live-fire culinary experience studio focused on thoughtful cooking, intentional design, guided hospitality. Rooted in global fire traditions, our work centers on controlled heat, restraint, and atmosphere--where food is shaped by technique, timing, and setting rather than menus alone. Each experience is curated to support guest flow, venue requirements, and the feeling an event is meant to create. We don't offer everything: we offer what belongs. Fire, thoughtfully applied.​

Chef Tammy Anderson is the founder of Embers & Spice, a live-fire culinary experience rooted in classical training and global influence. Educated at the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales, she brings nearly three decades of hospitality experience to events where fire is used with intention, restraint, and respect. A U.S. Air Force veteran and California native, her work prioritizes craft, composure, and food designed to be fully enjoyed -- never performed.
